Tradeshow Exhibit Space

After placing an order for exhibit space through the site you will receive confirmation of your order request. Your credit card will not be charged at this time.

Once your order request has been received, you will be contacted within (5) business days to discuss exhibit space availability and your confirmed location. Once the exhibit space has been agreed upon, your credit card will be charged. You will receive an email confirming the transaction.

You will also receive an exhibitor packet approximately (90) days prior to the show date. This will contain operations manual, guest attendee coupons, and any other information needed for the show.

Tradeshow Exhibit Services and Supplies

Ice, Milk, Water

After placing an order for ice, milk and water through this site, you will receive confirmation of your order and your credit card will be charged. Print this confirmation for your records. You will also receive an email confirming the transaction. Your products will be delivered to you daily on the trade show floor. It is your responsible to provide storage for your ice and milk.

Specialty Coffee Business Seminar

After placing an order for the Specialty Coffee Business Seminar through this site, you will be presented with confirmation of your order and your credit card will be charged. You will also receive an email confirming the transaction. We recommend you print these confirmations for your records.

Within approximately (5) business days of placing your order, you will be mailed entrance credentials. Bring your entrance credentials for admittance. An additional fee will apply for reprint of entrance credentials. If your order is placed within (21) days of the show, credentials will not be mailed to you and will be held at Will Call.

The Specialty Coffee Business Seminar will be held at the show location that you signed up for. The exact locations of the Seminar will be sent to you via mail or e-mail.

Fee-Based Workshops

After placing an order for Fee-Based Workshops through this site, you will be presented with confirmation of your order and your credit card will be charged. You will also receive an email confirming the transaction. We recommend you print these confirmations out for your records.

Bring your entrance credentials for admittance. An additional fee will apply for reprint of entrance credentials. If your order is placed within (21) days of the show, credentials will not be mailed to you and held at Will Call.

The Fee Based Workshops will be held at the show location that you signed up for. The exact locations of the Fee-Based Workshops will be available at the entrance to the trade show exhibit hall.

Admission Fees

After placing an order you will receive confirmation of your order and if a balance is due, you will be charged at this time. You will also receive a confirmation email. Print this confirmation for your records. Within approximately (5) business days of placing your order, you will be mailed entrance credentials. Bring your entrance credentials for admittance to the trade show. An additional fee will apply for reprint of entrance credentials. If you do not receive these coupons within a reasonable amount of time, contact us at 425-283-5058 ext 123. If your order is placed within (21) days of the show, credentials will not be mailed to you and will be held at Will Call. There is no charge for Exhibitor credentials printed at the show but a charge will apply for reprint of credentials.
