Led by Anita Tam, owner and founder of Slow Pour Supply,  "Brew Well: A Beginner’s Pour-Over Workshop" is where you'll learn the essentials of brewing coffee through the art of the pour over method. Using brewing equipment that is consistent and designed for the contemporary roast profiles, this class is perfect for both beginners and coffee enthusiasts looking to elevate their home brewing game. We'll cover everything from selecting the right equipment to grind size, to developing the pouring technique for consistent, enjoyable cups. By the end, you'll be able to brew with confidence, make small tweaks to improve your brew.
