  • Water Filtration and Conditioning Systems
    • Coffee is nearly 98% water, yet is often overlooked during the build out stages, or given credit for amazing (or terrible) tasting coffee.  The impact water has on equipment health is significant, and can put a damper on your finances in the long run.  In this section, we will discuss why focusing on water quality is one of the most important investments a cafe owner can make with their time and budget.  
  • Preventative Maintenance & Care
    • In this section, we will cover common preventative maintenance sheets that are provided by manufacturers to discuss why these checklists matter, and how to properly care for you coffee and espresso equipment on a daily basis.
  • Buying New vs. Used
    • This section will discuss the pros and cons between buying new or used equipment, presenting the averages costs of repair on used vs new equipment and how to quickly spot and avoid buying a "lemon" (both new and used) online or from a local dealer.
