Hands On Barista Training: Foundations
Taught by our LAWCO (Latte Art World Championship Open) judges, Hands On Barista Training: Foundations is a comprehensive 3-hour class covering the essential skills of creating espresso-based beverages.
Classes are small to ensure the highest level of one-on-one instruction and hands-on training.
Topics Covered:
· Espresso Extraction & Tamping Techniques
· Basic Grinder Fundamentals
· Understanding Key Milk Building Blocks
· How to Steam & Pour Properly Textured Milk
· Basic Drink Building
In this workshop, the barista will have time to work with the machine and receive hands on coaching. This workshop is a mixture of lecture and hands on training.
