Evaluating coffee’s sensorial qualities is a skill that one develops over time, but just how does one begin to develop these skills? In this workshop, you will learn the basic theory behind taste and aroma as well as experience exercises designed to help you build your skills to assess coffee’s quality. This workshop welcomes beginners to advanced!

Participants will engage in hands-on exercises, using essential tasting tools and the coffee flavor wheel to better understand sensory evaluation skills. Ideal for those seeking a deeper understanding of coffee quality assessment, this workshop combines theoretical knowledge with practical tasting to build confidence in flavor analysis.
