Diana has focused her career on building and uplifting coffee communities in the Southeast for over a decade, beginning as a barista in 2011. Since then, she co-founded North Carolina’s No Filter Coffee Fest, and operated a coffee consultancy that helped dozens of cafes transform their business dreams into reality. As an Authorized SCA Trainer, Diana spent years educating hundreds of coffee professionals and coffee enthusiasts. She is now the Director of Retail for Atlanta’s own Spiller Park Coffee.

Her industry contributions include serving as a judge in the US Coffee Champs, chairing the Events Committee of the Barista Guild of America, and serving as the member-elected Southeastern Regional Coordinator for the SCA’s US Chapter. Her passion for uplifting coffee communities is matched only by her love for her husband, Jared, and their three dogs, April, Sunny, and Bandit.
