I'm Heather, and I've been in the coffee industry for over 25 years. I've had the privilege of working with some of the best brands and in various roles, from a barista to a VP of Sales, in cafes, roasters, manufacturers, distributors, brokers, hospitality, and food service. My expertise lies in coffee, emerging brands, product commercialization, sales strategies, and growth.

I speak all the ‘business’ languages, (jargon and acronyms included) that are spoken in different industries such as Food Service, CPG/Grocery, Omni Channel, and more! I can help you translate them for your business and ensure that you're always ahead of the game.

I'm a firm believer in the idea that success isn't a zero-sum game. I have a passion for helping others succeed in the industry I know best. That's why I founded Beverage Business Consulting with the express mission to “Rise by lifting others”.
