Noah Jashinski

Noah is an acclaimed coffee veteran with well over a decade of industry experience. He has worked with Intelligentsia, La Colombe, Cognoscenti, and others in the U.S. and Europe. 

Noah is currently a sought-after coffee consultant, having opened Dream Hotel's first in-house coffee bar, Natura Cafe in Nashville, Tennessee, a Blue Bottle location in Los Angeles, and oversaw the complete renovation and relaunch of Joe Coffee's Pro Shop in Manhattan. In 2021, he acted as Consulting Manager of Retail for Five Elephant in Berlin, Germany and in 2022 he co-founded and launched Compilation Coffee Roasters, a groundbreaking retail concept and roastery based in New York City. Over the last couple years, Noah has been consulting across the world, spending a year splitting his time in Oslo, Norway and is now leading up Sales and Media Direction for national plant-based milk startup, Numilk.
