The exhibition hall at each Coffee Fest features everything found on either side of the counter in an upscale coffee shop including the counter. What we hear often is that our events are incredibly accessible for those looking to enter the industy. We offer several beginnger-level paid workshops and free seminars for you to learn about the industry and best practices.
Our education will provide everyone on your staff the most up-to-date information on the topics you need to bring your business to the next level. We also offer a number of career-building sessions, suitable for all experience levels. Because of the registration system we use, a unique email for each registrant is necessary.

After registering, you will be sent a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. Please print this document and bring it with you to the Registration Counters at Coffee Fest. A staff member will scan the barcode and present you a badge. A copy of the confirmation on your cell phone is also accepted. If you are unable to bring a printed copy, you can still pick up your badge at the Registration Counters by providing your first and last name.
Yes, you are more than welcome to register when you arrive. However, we encourage you to register before the event for a few reasons.
First, you'll pay more when you register on-site. Our on-site price is $75. This allows you access to all days of the event and access to the exhibit show floor, our free seminars and access to our opening night reception.
Secondly, Coffee Fest is known for is comprehensive education program. As a part of that program, we offer several paid workshops on a variety of topics. Workshops are limited to a specific number of attendees which varies by each workshop class ranging from 10 people per class up to 40, depending on the topic. Many of these workshops sell out before the event starts. If you pre-register and add these workshops to your registration before-hand, you secure your abilty to get the most from our events.

To register for workshops after you have already registered to attend Coffee Fest, please log back in to the registration site with your credentials.
We absolutely do! We encourage & invite industry press & local media to experience Coffee Fest with a complimentary media badge and to share thier experience with others. We do require proof that you are legitimately in the industry or a member of the press in order to qualify your press badge.
To qualify, you will be asked to provide the following information:
- Complete contact information (name, title, publication, mailing address, phone and email address)
- Media type
- A link to your most recent article, blog post or video
Press credentials will be available only to the media who have written, published or produced a relevant article or news story within the last 6 months.
After review you will receive a confirmation email, or request for additional information.
Look for the Media Application button on the event page to submit your request to attend as media.
Only exhibitors are permitted to sell their products at Coffee Fest.
Children under the age of 13 will not be admitted into the exhibition hall or classrooms at Coffee Fest PNW and Coffee Fest Chicago 2020.
Children under the age of 16 will not be admitted into the exhibition hall or classrooms at Coffee Fest New York & Coffee Fest Anaheim 2020.
Badge re-prints are available at registration for $20.00. Please remember to bring your badge with you to the show each day, otherwise this could result in a re-print fee.

Under the ConnectMe Dashboard on the right hand side of the page, log in with your email address & password used to purchase your Coffee Fest badge. Once logged in, you can find the list of all the exhibitors who scanned your badge at the show under My Exhibitors.

Coffee Fest is a business to business trade show; attendees must be affiliated with a business that includes coffee, tea or related products.
Those planning to open a business related to coffee and/or tea may attend as “new business not yet open.”
General admission and paid workshops are non-refundable. When you register for Coffee Fest you are required to review and agree to this.
At this time, we only offer a full-event pass to our shows. With the number of free seminars, special events, competitions, panel discussions, the networking opportunities & full access to the exhibit show floor, we hope you'll agree that badge price reasonable – even if just used for one day.
Coffee Fest does not provide visa invitation letters to attend or exhibit at our shows.
Coffee Fest continues to monitor the coronavirus/COVID-19 situation closely. Ensuring the safety of all exhibitors and visitors to our events is our top priority, and we will keep all attendees fully informed of any developments.
There are no attendees to Coffee Fest registered from China or Hong Kong. Nevertheless, as an added precaution, we have implemented a number of additional safety measures:
Clarion Event’s policy is to work closely with our venues and contractors to implement the following practical, precautionary measures:
- Increased cleaning and disinfection program across all high-volume touch points, e.g. catering areas, surfaces, handrails, WCs, entrances/exits, public touch-screens etc., along with the use of correct cleaning/sanitizing materials and products. Please liaise with your contractors, decorators and venue as necessary.
- Onsite medical support. Ensure you have a clear procedure you and your teams will follow should anyone become unwell.
- Awareness via online and onsite info-share and signage. Please see below our suggested updates to your event website FAQ.
- Availability of sanitizing and disinfection materials for public use. These should be placed in central locations and help desks etc.
- Awareness and training to all staff on standard personal preventative measures, e.g. personal hygiene, frequency of use of sanitizing/disinfection products, etc.
- Advice to exhibitors on implementing effective cleaning and disinfection of stands, offices along with guidance on personal hygiene measures and common preventive behavior. Include this in your exhibitor communication and build up plans.
- Installing signage onsite reminding attendees of hygiene recommendations. A suggested layout will be circulated.
- Implementing a microphone and glass disinfecting and change protocol for all speaker sessions.
- Include all additional measures in written risk assessments and assign staff to monitor actions are followed up onsite.
