Media & Press

To be considered for a media registration, please provide the following information with your completed application form:

• Complete contact information (name, title, publication, mailing address, phone and email address)
• Media Type
• A link to your most recent article, blog or podcast

Press credentials will be available only to the media who have written, published or produced a relevant article or news story within the last 6 months.

By applying for an influencer press badge at Coffee Fest, you agree to allow Coffee Fest to post, re-post, and create new user-generated content using any Coffee Fest-related content you post on your social media accounts before and during the show.

In return, Coffee Fest commits to using this content solely for the purpose of promoting Coffee Fest and raising awareness about coffee-related events throughout the show. We will never utilize your posts to draw attention to anything negative or controversial, as we uphold a commitment to highlighting the positive aspects of our industry and community on our platforms.

Press badges are non-transferable. You may not loan or sell your press badge. Anyone conducting such behavior will have their press badge revoked and will be disqualified from press badges at future Coffee Fest events.

It is only after your full form is received, reviewed, and approved that press badges will be issued. Incomplete applications will not be approved.

Coffee Fest reserves the right to approve or deny any application. This decision is final and cannot be appealed. Include any and all information in your application that will allow Coffee Fest to make an informed decision.

 

After review, you will receive a confirmation email if your application has been accepted.
