HOW CAN I REGISTER?

Registration dates for each event varies. Generally speaking, registration will be open about 8 weeks prior to the event date. Follow us on social media or sign up for event updates to find out when registration is open and when tickets are available.

WHO ATTENDS COFFEE FEST EVENTS?

Are you the owner or founder? A manager? A barista? The marketing guru? A roast master? If you work anywhere in the specialty coffee or restaurant industry, you need to attend Coffee Fest events. Coffee Fest is a business-to-business event. Attendance is for coffee or restaurant professionals only OR people seriously interested in getting started in the specialty coffee industry; not open to the public.

Since 1992, Coffee Fest has been building and developing ultra-relevant, well-respected, and rewarding tradeshows for attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors alike.

I'M NOT IN BUSINESS YET. CAN I STILL ATTEND?

You're still welcome! Coffee Fest has the start-up education, resources and companies to help planning your cafe or restaurant opening go smoothly. What we hear often is that our events are incredibly accessible for those looking to enter the industry. We offer several beginner-level paid workshops and free seminars for you to learn about the industry and best practices. 

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ATTENDEE BADGE?

After registering, you will be sent a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. Please print this document or have it accessible on your mobile phone and bring it with you to the Registration Counters at Coffee Fest. A staff member will scan the barcode and present you a badge. A copy of the confirmation on your cell phone is also accepted. If you are unable to bring a printed copy, you can still pick up your badge at the Registration Counters by providing your first and last name. 

CAN I REGISTER ON-SITE?

Yes, you are able to register when you arrive. However, we encourage you to register ahead of time for a few reasons:

  1. You'll pay more when you register at the door. Take advantage of the discount and register ahead of time!
  2. Coffee Fest is known for its comprehensive education program. Many workshops/sessions with limited capacity sell out before the event starts. If you pre-register and add these workshops to your registration beforehand, you secure your ability to get the most from our events. 
  3. You'll receive information about how to make the most of your Coffee Fest experience.

I'VE PURCHASED MY REGISTRATION, NOW WHAT?

Keep an eye out on your email inbox for updated event information as the event nears. We typically let registered attendees know about new classes, hotel upgrades, parking information, on-site concessions availability, and other important show details via email.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR ADDITIONAL WORKSHOPS AFTER I HAVE REGISTERED?

To register for workshops after you have already registered to attend Coffee Fest, please log back in to the registration site with your credentials. 

CAN I BRING MY KIDS WITH ME? WHAT'S THE CHILD POLICY?

All children, regardless of age, must have a badge to be permitted on the Coffee Fest Show Floor. Parents/guardians of children ages 0-12 must sign a child waiver when arriving on-site at the Coffee Fest registration venue as well as purchase a $10 Child Badge. Any child 13 or over will need a General Admission badge to access the Show Floor or classrooms. General Admission badges may be purchased prior to arriving on-site. Child badges for ages 0-12 may only be purchased on-site at the registration desk.

Please note: strollers are not allowed on the show floor. Children under 2 should be carried.

DO YOU ALLOW MEDIA, PUBLICATIONS AND PRESS AT COFFEE FEST SHOWS?

We absolutely do! We invite (and encourage) industry press and local media to experience Coffee Fest with a complimentary media badge to share their experiences with others. We do require proof that you are legitimately in the industry or are a member of the press in order to qualify for your press badge. 

To qualify, you will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Complete contact information (Name, Title, Publication, Mailing Address, Phone Number, and Email Address)
  • Media type
  • A link to your most recent article, blog post, or videos

Please note: Press credentials will be available only to press/media members who have written, published, or produced a relevant article or news story in the last 6 months.

After review, you will receive a confirmation email or request for additional information.

CAN I LET EXHIBITORS AND OTHER ATTENDEES KNOW ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THAT I SELL?

Only exhibitors are permitted to sell their products at Coffee Fest. 

I LOST MY BADGE: CAN I HAVE A NEW ONE?

Badge re-prints are available at registration for $20.00. Please remember to bring your badge with you to the show each day, otherwise this could result in a re-print fee.

AFTER THE SHOW, IS THERE A WAY TO GET A LIST OF THE COMPANIES WHO SCANNED MY BADGE?

There is! You can visit the registration page for the event you just attended. Under the ConnectMe Dashboard on the right hand side of the page, log in with your email address & password used to purchase your Coffee Fest badge. Once logged in, you can find the list of all the exhibitors who scanned your badge at the show under My Exhibitors. 

I LOVE COFFEE & TEA BUT I AM NOT IN THE INDUSTRY SPECIFICALLY. CAN I STILL ATTEND?

Coffee Fest is a business to business trade show; attendees must be affiliated with a business that includes coffee, tea or related products. 

Those planning to open a business related to coffee and/or tea may attend as “new business not yet open.”

I AM NO LONGER ABLE TO ATTEND COFFEE FEST, CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

Paid admission and workshops/trainings are non-refundable. When you register for Coffee Fest you are required to review and agree to this. 

DO YOU OFFER A ONE-DAY PASS OR AN EXHIBIT FLOOR ONLY PASS?

At this time, we only offer a full-event pass to our shows. With the number of free seminars, special events, competitions, panel discussions, the networking opportunities & full access to the exhibit show floor, we hope you'll agree that badge price reasonable – even if just used for one day. 

DO YOU PROVIDE VISA LETTERS OR INVITATIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES?

Coffee Fest does not provide visa invitation letters to attend or exhibit at our shows.
